82 Rules for exercise of Secretary’s disclosure powers
The rules may make provision for and in relation to the exercise of either or both of the following:
(a)
the Secretary’s power to certify for the purposes of paragraph 81(1)(a);
(b)
the Secretary’s power under subparagraph 81(1)(b)(i) to disclose information to a person.
