13 Application of the Public Order (Protection of Persons and Property) Act 1971 to Organization inspectors
(1)
For section 101 of the Act, the privileges and immunities that apply to a protected person under the Public Order (Protection of Persons and Property) Act 1971 apply to an Organization inspector.
(2)
For section 101 of the Act, the privileges and immunities that apply to protected premises under the Public Order (Protection of Persons and Property) Act 1971 apply to the living quarters and office premises of an Organization inspector.
