14C Application of the Public Order (Protection of Persons and Property) Act 1971 to observers

(1)

For section 101A of the Act, the privileges and immunities applying to a protected person under the Public Order (Protection of Persons and Property) Act 1971 apply to an observer.

(2)

For section 101A of the Act, the privileges and immunities applying to protected premises under the Public Order (Protection of Persons and Property) Act 1971 apply to the living quarters and office premises of an observer.
