Keeping records for Schedule 1 facilities

For paragraph 30(2)(b) of the Act, the period for which a record mentioned in regulation 7 is to be kept is:

(a)

the period, in the year to which the information in the record relates, when the record exists; and

(b)

the next 2 years.
