78 Application and saving-notices
The amendments of the Assessment Act made by items 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 37 of this Schedule apply in relation to notices given under that Act after the commencement of this item.
The amendments of the Registration and Collection Act made by items 59, 60, 64 and 65 of this Schedule apply in relation to decisions of the Registrar made under that Act after the commencement of this item.
The amendments of the Assessment Act and the Registration and Collection Act made by this Schedule do not affect the validity of a notice given by the Registrar under any provision of those Acts before the commencement of this item.
