This instrument is Civil Aviation AOD 2008/2 (the testable drugs specification).
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
Instrument Civil Aviation AOD 2008/1 is revoked.
I specify each drug mentioned in an item in Schedule 1 for the purposes of the definition of testable drug in subsection 33 (1) of the Civil Aviation Act 1988.
