9 Review of decisions
Application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of a decision under subregulation 8(2), 8(3) or 11(1).
Where the Authority or an authorised person makes a decision referred to in subregulation (1) and gives to a person whose interests are affected by the decision notice in writing of the making of the decision, the notice shall include a statement to the effect that, if the person is dissatisfied with the decision, application may, subject to the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024, be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of the decision and include a statement that the person may request a statement of reasons for the decision under section 268 of that Act.
A contravention of subregulation (2) in relation to a decision does not affect the validity of the decision.
