341 Who may carry out maintenance for regulation 42ZC (Maintenance on Australian aircraft in Australian territory)
Subregulation 42ZC(3) is taken to permit the following persons to carry out maintenance on a class A aircraft in Australian territory:
a Part 145 organisation that is approved to undertake CAR maintenance activities for the aircraft;
an individual carrying out maintenance on behalf of a Part 145 organisation that is approved to undertake CAR maintenance activities for the aircraft.
Subregulation 42ZC(4) is taken to permit the following persons to carry out maintenance on a class B aircraft in Australian territory:
a Part 145 organisation that is approved to undertake CAR maintenance activities for the aircraft;
an individual carrying out maintenance on behalf of a Part 145 organisation that is approved to undertake CAR maintenance activities for the aircraft.
