16 Board may decline to deal with application if more than one work involved
(1)
If:
(a)
an application is made for classification of a film or computer game; and
(b)
the film or game is contained on more than one device and each device contains a separate work;
the Board may decline to deal with the application.
(2)
If the Board declines to deal with the application under this section, the Director must, within 14 days after the decision is made:
(a)
notify the applicant in writing of the decision and of the reasons for the decision; and
(b)
invite the applicant to submit an application for classification of each work as a separate film or computer game.
