53 Powers of Director under State/Territory laws
The Director may exercise powers conferred on him or her by:
(a)
a provision of a law of a State or the Northern Territory that corresponds to section 23, 23A, 24 or 30; or
(b)
a provision of a law of a State or Territory that:
(ii)
relates to the approval of forms; or
(iii)
is prescribed.
