59 Delegations
The Director may by signed instrument delegate to another member all or any of the Director’s powers under this Act or the regulations.
Subject to subsection (3), the Director may, by signed instrument, delegate to a member of staff mentioned in section 88A:
all or any of the Board’s powers under this Act in relation to:
the classification of publications, films or computer games; or
the approval of advertisements for publications, films or computer games; and
all or any of the Director’s powers under the regulations.
A power may only be delegated under paragraph (2)(a) if the Board has, by resolution, determined that the delegation is desirable for the efficient running of the Board.
