89 Service of notices
A notice that may be given to a person under this Act is taken to have been given to the person if:
(a)
it is personally delivered to the person; or
(b)
it is sent by post addressed to the person’s place of residence or business last known to the Director or Convenor; or
(c)
it is left at the person’s place of residence or business last known to the Director or Convenor with a person who is apparently at least 16 and is apparently living or employed at that place.
