Chair of the Regulator not subject to direction by the Regulator on certain matters

In force

To avoid doubt, the Chair of the Regulator is not subject to direction by the Regulator in relation to the Chair’s performance of functions, or exercise of powers, under:

(a)

the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013; or

(b)

the Public Service Act 1999;

in relation to the Regulator.
