29 Leave of absence
A full‑time Authority member or full‑time associate Authority member has the recreation leave entitlements that are determined by the Remuneration Tribunal.
The Climate Change Minister may grant leave of absence, other than recreation leave, to a full‑time Authority member or full‑time associate Authority member on the terms and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise that the Climate Change Minister determines.
The Chair of the Authority may grant leave of absence to a part‑time Authority member (other than the Chief Scientist) or part‑time associate Authority member on the terms and conditions that the Chair determines.
