16 Presiding at meetings
(1)
The Chairperson is to preside at all meetings at which he or she is present.
(2)
In the absence of the Chairperson:
(a)
if the Deputy Chairperson is present—the Deputy Chairperson is to preside; or
(b)
otherwise—the Directors present are to elect one of their number to preside.
