17 Saving previous operation of section 109 of the Commonwealth Banks Act
The repeal of section 109 of the Commonwealth Banks Act 1959 does not affect:
(a)
the vesting of property in the Commonwealth Bank under that section before the repeal; or
(b)
the incurring of liabilities by the Commonwealth Bank under that section before the repeal.
