211 Disposal of land
Section 53 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (4) and substituting the following subsection:
(4)
Subsection (3) does not apply:
(a)
in relation to land outside Australia; or
(b)
where the Commonwealth has, since the date of acquisition, made substantial improvements to the land.
