240 Interpretation
Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a)
by inserting in subsection (1), after the definition of procurement, the following definition:
services includes:
(a)
services of a professional nature; and
(b)
the provision of facilities;
but does not include legal professional services, court reporting services or financing or underwriting services.; and
(b)
by omitting subsection (2).
