Section 18 of the Principal Ordinance is repealed and the following section is substituted:
18 Staff
(1)
The Trust may engage such employees as are necessary for the performance of its functions under this Ordinance.
(2)
The terms and conditions of employment of persons engaged under this section (including conditions with respect to the duration of employment or with respect to dismissal from employment) are such as are determined by the Trust with the approval of the Public Service Board.
