46 Interpretation
Section 8 of the Principal Ordinance is amended:
(a)
by omitting from subsection (1) the definition of appeal;
(b)
by omitting “Controller” from the definition of application in subsection (1) and substituting “Minister”; and
(c)
by omitting from subsection (1) the definitions of authorized officer, determination, Fair Rents Board and the Controller.
