Termination of office of Conservator

Section 10 of the Principal Ordinance is amended by omitting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:

(2)

If the Conservator becomes bankrupt, applies to take the benefit of any law for the relief of bankrupt or insolvent debtors, compounds with his creditors or makes an assignment of his remuneration for their benefit, the Minister shall terminate his appointment.
