85 Interpretation
Section 4 of the Principal Ordinance is amended:
(a)
by inserting after the definition of appropriate officer in subsection (1) the following definition:
delegate of the Minister means the person who is the delegate of the Minister for the purposes of this Ordinance by virtue of an appointment under section 17.; and
(b)
by omitting from subsection (1) the definition of the authorized officer.
