92 Interpretation
Section 4 of the Principal Ordinance is amended:
(a)
by inserting before the definition of Department in subsection (1) the following definition:
delegate of the Minister means the person who is the delegate of Minister for the purposes of this Ordinance by virtue of an appointment under section 21A.; and
(b)
by omitting from subsection (1) the definition of proper authority.
