52PA Notification of Communications Secretary
The ACMA must:
notify the Communications Secretary if any of the events in column 1 of the following table occur; and
include the information in column 2 in the notification:

The notification must:
specify the day on which the event occurred; and
be given as soon as practicable after the event; and
if the notification is required to include details of a registered news business corporation—include details of the corporation’s point of contact (if any) set up for the purpose of section 52Z; and
if the notification is required to include details of a news business—include details of each of the news sources that comprise the news business.
