163A Application may be made to Tribunal by the agent of the copyright owner
(1)
An owner of copyright may make an application to the Tribunal under this Act by his or her agent.
(2)
Two or more owners of copyright may jointly make a single application to the Tribunal by the same agent against the same person or body.
