This section applies to a cinematograph film that has more than one principal director.
The director’s right of attribution of authorship in respect of the film is a right of each director to be identified as a director.
An act of false attribution in respect of the direction of the film infringes the right of each director not to have the direction of the film falsely attributed.
The director’s right of integrity of authorship in respect of the film is a right of each director.
The consent of one director to any act or omission affecting his or her moral rights in respect of the film does not affect the moral rights of the other director or other directors in respect of the film.
