7.11.08 Interests in registered schemes
For paragraph 1073A(1)(c) of the Act, an interest in a registered scheme is an interest in a registered scheme if the interest:
(a)
is an interest in a managed investment scheme that is registered under section 601EB of the Act; and
(b)
is quoted on the financial market of the Australian Stock Exchange Limited.
