Schedule 7Exemptions from requirements to set out certain corporate particulars
7002 Exemption for certain IATA documents
An IATA Body is exempt from the requirement to set out the relevant information on a document if:
(a)
it is a document of one of the following kinds:
(i)
passenger ticket and baggage check;
(ii)
excess baggage ticket;
(iii)
agency credit or debit memo;
(iv)
credit card charge form;
(v)
miscellaneous charges order;
(vi)
stopover voucher;
(vii)
air waybill; and
(b)
either:
(i)
it is in a form sponsored by IATA; or
(ii)
it is required by IATA to be used by IATA bodies; or
(iii)
it is a document printed outside Australia exclusively for use, outside Australia, by or on behalf of that particular IATA body.
