13 Evidence of certain matters
(1)
The Foreign Affairs Minister may give a written certificate stating that:
(a)
the Convention entered into force for Australia on a particular day; and
(b)
as at the date of the certificate, the Convention remains in force for Australia.
(2)
A certificate given under subsection (1) is admissible in any proceedings as prima facie evidence of the matters stated in the certificate.
