19 Corresponding laws—forensic procedures and DNA databases
For the purposes of the definition of corresponding law in section 23YUA of the Act, the following laws, as in force from time to time, are prescribed:
the Crimes (Forensic Procedures) Act 2000 (NSW);
Subdivision (30A) of Division 1 of Part III of the Crimes Act 1958 (Vic.);
Chapter 17 of the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000 (Qld);
Part 2 of, and Schedules 1 and 6 to, the Police Powers and Responsibilities Regulation 2012 (Qld);
the Criminal Investigation (Identifying People) Act 2002 (WA);
the Criminal Law (Forensic Procedures) Act 2007 (SA);
the Forensic Procedures Act 2000 (Tas.);
the Crimes (Forensic Procedures) Act 2000 (ACT);
Division 7 of Part VII of the Police Administration Act 1978 (NT).
