22 ACC delegates
For the purposes of subparagraphs 15HG(5)(c)(ii) and 15MX(3)(c)(ii) of the Act, the following positions are prescribed:
(a)
a position occupied by a person mentioned in subsection 47(1) of the Australian Crime Commission Act 2002 who is an SES employee;
(b)
any position in the ACC that is equivalent to or higher than a position mentioned in paragraph (a) of this section.
