Criminal Code Act 1995

The provisions of Division 122 are enforceable under Part 7 of the Regulatory Powers Act.

Part 7 of the Regulatory Powers Act creates a framework for using injunctions to enforce provisions.

For the purposes of Part 7 of the Regulatory Powers Act, as that Part applies to the provisions of Division 122 of this Act:

the Minister is an authorised person; and

each of the following is a relevant court:

the Federal Court of Australia;

the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2);

a court of a State or Territory that has jurisdiction in relation to matters arising under this Act.

Part 7 of the Regulatory Powers Act, as that Part applies to the provisions of Division 122 of this Act, extends to every external Territory.
