20 Firearm law
For the purposes of the definition of firearm law in subsections 360.2(3) and 360.3(2) of the Code, the following laws are prescribed:
(a)
the Firearms Act 1996 (NSW);
(b)
the Firearms Act 1996 (Vic.);
(c)
the Weapons Act 1990 (Qld);
(d)
the Firearms Act 1973 (WA);
(e)
the Firearms Act 2015 (SA);
(f)
the Firearms Act 1996 (Tas.);
(g)
the Firearms Act 1996 (ACT);
(h)
the Firearms Act 1997 (NT);
(i)
the Firearms and Prohibited Weapons Act 1997 (Norfolk Island);
(j)
any regulations made under any of the Acts referred to in paragraphs (a) to (i).
