153ZLQ Exhibition
(1)
Goods are not Indonesian originating goods under this Division if:
(a)
the goods are imported into Australia after being exhibited in a non‑party; and
(b)
one or more of subparagraphs (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of paragraph 1 of Article 4.16 of Chapter 4 of the Agreement are not satisfied.
(2)
This section applies despite any other provision of this Division.
