209K Disposal of forfeited goods
(1)
All goods that are condemned as forfeited to the Crown under this Subdivision must be dealt with and disposed of in accordance with the directions of the Comptroller‑General of Customs.
(2)
In particular, the Comptroller‑General of Customs may direct that the goods be given to a relevant authority of a foreign country in order that the goods be used in an investigation or prosecution under the laws of that country.
(3)
Subsection (2) does not limit the generality of subsection (1).
