When must an application be made?

In force

An application for a review must be made within 30 days after:

(a)

for a decision referred to in paragraph 269ZZA(1)(a) or (b)—a public notice of the decision is first published on the Anti‑Dumping Commission’s website under section 269ZI; or

(b)

for a decision referred to in paragraph 269ZZA(1)(c)—a notice of the decision is first published on the Anti‑Dumping Commission’s website under subsection 269ZDB(1); or

(ba)

for a decision referred to in paragraph 269ZZA(1)(ca)—a notice of the decision is first published on the Anti‑Dumping Commission’s website under subsection 269ZDBH(1); or

(c)

for a decision referred to in paragraph 269ZZA(1)(d)—a notice of the decision is first published on the Anti‑Dumping Commission’s website under subsection 269ZHG(1).
