269ZZRAA Rejection of application for review of negative preliminary decision
The Review Panel must reject an application for a review of a negative preliminary decision if:
(a)
the decision is of a kind referred to in paragraph 269X(6)(b); and
(b)
the applicant has, whether before or after the applicant applies for the review, given a notice to the Commissioner under subsection 269X(7A).
