273H Review of decisions under Customs Tariff Act
(1)
Applications may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of a decision of the Comptroller‑General of Customs under section 9 of the Customs Tariff Act 1995.
(2)
In subsection (1), decision has the same meaning as in the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024.
