33C Obstructing or interfering with Commonwealth property in a Customs place
(1)
A person commits an offence if:
(a)
the person intentionally obstructs or interferes with the operation of a thing; and
(b)
the thing belongs to the Commonwealth; and
(c)
the thing is located in a Customs place.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
(2)
Absolute liability applies to paragraph (1)(b).

In this section:
Customs place has the same meaning as in section 183UA.
