67EG Special mail‑order house condition
If a person is registered as a special reporter in relation to low value cargo consigned from a particular mail‑order house, the person must:
ensure, at all times while that person continues to be a special reporter in relation to that mail‑order house, that there is in force between the person and that mail‑order house a house agreement within the meaning of section 63A; and
if the agreement expires or for any reason is terminated or there is a breach or an alleged breach of the terms of that agreement—notify the Comptroller‑General of Customs, in writing, of that expiration or termination or of that breach or alleged breach.
