71K Manner of communicating with Department by document
(1)
An import entry, a withdrawal of an import entry, a visual examination application, a movement application, or a return for the purposes of subsection 69(8) or 70(7) or section 105C, that is communicated to the Department by document:
(a)
must be in an approved form; and
(b)
must contain such information as the approved form requires; and
(c)
must be signed in the manner indicated in the approved form.
(2)
The Comptroller‑General of Customs may approve different forms for documentary communications to be made in different circumstances or by different classes of persons.
