Customs Act 1901

Subject to the regulations, where a warehouse licence authorizes blending or packaging in a warehouse covered by the licence, goods may be blended or packaged in the warehouse in accordance with, and subject to any relevant conditions of, the licence, and goods so blended or packaged may, subject to the payment of any duty in respect of the goods the payment of which is required by the regulations, be delivered for home consumption.
