4 Definitions
In this instrument:
Act means the Customs Act 1901 (C.I.).
Customs place has the same meaning as in subsection 183UA(1) of the Act.
Note:
The Customs Act 1901 (C.I.) is the Customs Act 1901 as modified by the Customs Ordinance 1993 (C.I.).
