Customs Regulation 2015

This section is made for subsection 162(1) of the Act.

The classes of persons are tourists and temporary residents.

The classes of goods are the following:

specialised equipment or tools that:

are to be used in exploration, production, manufacture, repair or modification; and

are included in a class of goods to which an intergovernmental agreement applies;

goods imported for use at a public exhibition or public entertainment, other than:

cinematograph films of a kind usually used for profit; or

theatrical costumes, scenery or property;

testing or evaluation equipment.

The purposes for goods are testing and evaluation of goods.

An application for a permission mentioned in section 162 of the Act must be in an approved form.
