Data Availability and Transparency Act 2022

The accreditation authority for an entity must give the entity written notice of a decision under section 81 to suspend or cancel the entity’s accreditation in accordance with subsection (3) of this section.

The accreditation authority must give the notice as soon as practicable after making the decision.

The notice must state the following:

if accreditation is suspended or cancelled—the circumstance that exists for the suspension or cancellation;

if accreditation is suspended—the period of suspension or that the suspension is indefinite;

if accreditation is cancelled—the date the cancellation takes effect;

the entity’s review rights under Part 6.2.
