14.6.16D Calculation of additional recreation leave
Additional (evacuations) recreation leave credits under section 14.6.16C are calculated using the following formula.
Where:
A is the number of days of additional recreation leave credits the member accrued in connection with a non-warlike deployment in 6 months from the day this subdivision applied to the member.
Additional recreation leave in connection with non-warlike deployment is provided under Chapter 17 Part 7 Division 3.
B is the number of days of war service leave credits the member accrued in 6 months from the day this subdivision applied to the member.
War service leave is provided under Chapter 5 Part 8.
The recreation leave credits are credited to the member on the day this section applies to the member.
Recreation leave credits are managed under Chapter 5 Part 4 Division 7.
