8B Amount payable
(1)
Where a productivity benefit becomes payable in respect of a person, the amount of that benefit is the sum of the amounts credited to that person under clauses 8, 8A and 8AA.
(2)
However, a benefit payable under clause 8AA is reduced by the surcharge deduction amount if no election has been made under section 124 of the DFRDB Act.
