82H Persons not entitled to double pension and pensions not to be reduced
Nothing in this Part has the effect:
(a)
of entitling a person to pension, at the one time, under more than one provision of this Act; or
(b)
of reducing the rate of pension payable to a person to whom this Part applies below the rate of pension which was payable to him before he became a person to whom this Part applies.
