82ZG Person entitled to deferred benefits again becoming a member
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), where a person to whom section 82ZB applies again becomes a member, the deferred benefits applicable in respect of him shall not become, or be, payable while he is a member.
(2)
Where a person to whom section 82ZB applies:
(a)
having again become a member before 1 October 1972, has not ceased to be a member at any time before that day; or
(b)
has again become a member on or after that day;
the deferred benefits applicable in respect of him cease to be so applicable.
