Act binds the Crown

(1)

This Act binds the Crown in each of its capacities.

(2)

In particular, obligations that this Act imposes on employers or other persons (however described) are imposed on the Crown just as they are imposed on everyone else.

(3)

However, this Act does not make the Crown liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
